Our house made rayu chili oil is infused with fresh and ground chilis as well as ground sansho peppercorns, a Japanese cousin of the sichuan peppercorn. Our oil offers a complex heat that is full of flavor. With a medium heat level, it is ready to use on a variety of dishes including mapo tofu, chili oil noodles, dumpling sauce, or simply over rice or eggs. 8 fl. oz. (240 ml) No preservatives.
