Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your items, but if you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. Email us at hello@mixedpantry.market with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, offering a replacement or a refund as necessary.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mixedpantry.market. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order. In such cases, you may need to follow our returns process.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and handling.

Mixed Pantry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • check your mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, or other delivery areas
  • check with neighbors or other household members
  • contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and request further investigation

In cases where a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Mixed Pantry is unable to issue a refund or replacement.
