JOIN THE CLUB! Seattle is a city that thrives on coffee, and we're excited to carve out a space that spotlights the Asian and Asian American folks behind the craft. With this subscription-free, rotating coffee shelf program, fresh beans will be brought in from Asian-led roasters so we can discover, learn, and sip together. Every two months, a different roaster will be featured on the shelf and on Pour Over Sundays, celebrating the rich flavors and stories of the Asian diaspora through every cup 🌀
Pour Over Sundays
On select Sundays, Diane will be at the bar brewing 8oz pour overs featuring beans by the roaster on rotation! These pour over services give folks a chance to order their morning cup by us and try the featured coffee out before deciding to bring a bag home.

Teofilo Coffee
On rotation from September 2nd - November 1st
This rotation, we're welcoming Teofilo Coffee Company, a Filipino coffee company working to bring greater visibility to the Philippines as a global coffee origin. Teofilo works directly with smallholder farmers in the Philippines, paying above-market prices, supporting long-term trade, and investing in initiatives like tree planting. Their work centers on building a stronger Filipino coffee ecosystem from seed to cup, while sharing the stories, traditions, and people behind Philippine coffee.
The featured coffee, Salamat (Thank You), celebrates the incredible diversity of coffee grown in the Philippines. The blend brings together all four commercially recognized Philippine coffee species: Arabica, Robusta, Excelsa, and Liberica (Barako). Each species brings its own character to the cup, offering a glimpse into the range of coffee grown across the country. More than just a blend, Salamat reflects Teofilo's mission to help more people discover Philippine coffee and recognize the farmers and communities keeping its coffee culture alive.
