A washed organic coffee from Yirgacheffe with signature notes of nectarine, pluot, and rosehip. This lot is especially meaningful– the Woodcat Coffee owners visited the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union in Ethiopia in January 2026 and were inspired by their deep commitment to coffee and community. With each retail bag purchased, $3 will be donated to support the cooperative's school for local farmers' children.
