This blend represents all four commercially recognized Philippine coffee species– Arabica, Robusta, Excelsa, and Liberica. Salamat, meaning "thank you," celebrates the diversity of Philippine coffee, bringing these distinct species together in one blend as a way to honor the farmers, communities, and traditions behind every cup.
