Made in Taiwan, Yu Ding Xing's Vat bottom Soy Sauce is brewed in terracotta barrels, harnessing the power of sunlight to achieve the perfect environment for the traditional Taiwanese soy sauces. The prized bottom layer, only obtainable in limited quantities, stands out with its pure flavor and light texture.

You could use this as an all-purpose soy sauce - However, please note that the salinity is higher than most popular soy sauces in the states.
