Kisoondo's Traditional Ganjang (soy sauce) is created solely using three natural ingredients - soybeans, bamboo salt, and water. The soybeans are carefully selected from local towns like Muan, Goheung, and Damyang. The bamboo salt is produced by burning 3-year sun-dried sea salt, while the water is sourced from Walbong Mountain. The soybean block (meju) is then fermented in a loess room, and combined with the bamboo salt and water for a year or two, resulting in a rich and flavorful soy sauce. Store this product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for optimal taste. Must have for making high quality Korean dishes at home!
