How to Serve:

Sift 1 teaspoon of powder into a chawan (tea bowl) and add 1/4 cup of hot water (165°F, not boiling). Whisk with a chasen (bamboo whisk) until frothy. (Optional: add sweetener.) Enjoy hot or iced with water or milk of choice.
